Informed consent
One Sense is affiliated with the professional associaton VIV Nederland (Vereniging Integrale Vitaliteitskunde) and adheres to the VIV-Code of Practice and ethical code. The VIV is the only ISO-certified professional association and possesses the KIWA-Quality Mark Complementary Medical Care. Before starting a Coaching Process you will have to give 'informed consent' by signing the relevant document.
Complaint
If you have a complaint during the process and we can’t work it out together, you can file a complaint with the VIV. The complaint form will be handed to you personally. You can read the terms and conditions here.
As required by WKKGZ (Wet Kwaliteit, Klachten, Geschillen en Zorg), One Sense is affiliated with the Geschillencommissie Complementaire Behandelsvormen (Disputes Committee).
