Effortless

We often see that meditation techniques target on focus. Focus on breathing, a mantra or a goal, while meditation should be fluently and without effort in the first place. That’s why effortless meditation is central at our meditation evenings. The sparkling meditations are being guided by Françoise. She takes you on a wonderful inner journey which goes beyond thoughts and body. You don’t need any meditation experience to experience this for yourself.

A kiss from heaven

Frequently, we combine an evening of meditation with the Oneness deeksha. The deeksha is a kiss from heaven, a powerful transfer of universal energy. It activates the kundalini (body’s own energy), balances chakras and has a positive influence on the brain. When giving deeksha ones hands are a few centimeters above the head. It induces an accelerated growth in awareness, eliminates emotional charges and leads you to oneness and wholeness.
